Elite Strength and Fitness offers 1-on-1 private sessions, partner training, small group classes, private kickboxing lessons, and an online training program for individuals out of state or unable to train at our facility. We use precision equipment to analyze BMI, body fat, visceral fat, lean muscle, and more! Our clients will receive a fully personalized exercise and nutrition program that we will monitor together!
